Possible with us. Our company headquarters in Remscheid's Morsbach Valley is a real local recreation area. In the past, we used the water power of the Morsbach to forge, today we are happy about the numerous fish and the green landscape in our in-house garden.

Anders als in manchem Großunternehmen arbeiten unsere Azubis vom ersten Tag an mit. Wir erklären genau, was gemacht werden muss und schon geht es los. Nicht 6 Monate lang Ablage, sondern mitten rein ins Leben. Kontakte mit Kunden und Lieferanten sind selbstverständlich. Eingebettet in ein super sympathisches Team trauen wir Dir was zu. 

Familienanschluss in 4. Generation.

Wir haben sehr flache Hierarchien, eben typisch für ein Familienunternehmen. Geführt in vierter Generation. Mit starken Werten und Menschen, von denen Du was lernen kannst (wenn Du möchtest). Aber auch wir möchten von Dir lernen. Der Austausch zwischen den Generationen ist uns wichtig.
