The delivery of goods shall be made by shipping to the delivery address provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the Seller's order processing shall be decisive.

In the case of goods delivered by a forwarding agent, delivery shall be made "free kerbside", i.e. to the public kerbside nearest to the delivery address, unless otherwise stated in the shipping information in the Seller's online shop and unless otherwise agreed. Please include a phone number with your order (mandatory field) so that we can contact you in case of problems.

If the delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result. This does not apply with regard to the costs for the return shipment if the customer effectively exercises his right of revocation. In the event of an effective exercise of the right of revocation by the customer, the provision made in the seller's revocation instructions shall apply to the return costs.

In the case of self-collection, the Seller shall first inform the Customer by e-mail that the goods ordered by him are ready for collection. After receipt of this e-mail, the customer may collect the goods from the seller's registered office by arrangement with the seller. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
