1960 - Further expansion.

The acquisition of a fully automatic electroplating plant increased the production area to its current size of approx. 10,000 sqm.

Jürgen Heinrich Kissling joined in 1960.

The 3rd generation at the age of 24 started.

In 1960 after his technical and commercial training i.a. in England, Jürgen Heinrich Kissling joined the company at the age of 24 as an employee and later managed it in the 3rd generation as a Managing Partner until 2002.

In the 1960s - 1980s many investments were made which provided a basis for the company's economization and expansion. During that time for instance the old steel store house was relocated and replaced by a state-of-the-art tool design and construction area.

Besides the construction of machine tools which were needed for production, mainly special tools for the automotive industry were developed and tested here.

Several new buildings, e.g. a new warehouse including a high rack warehouse built in 1970, as well as the installation of a fully automatic galvanic plant lead to a constant expansion of the production area which comprises 10,000 sqm today.

After the death of Oskar Kissling´s widow Grete in 1987 their former residential house was converted into an office building in 1990 with an area of approximately 450 sqm.
